René Lynge Eriksen is Associate Professor in Optical Sensor Technology (SDU). He holds a PhD (2003) in applied laser technology and a MSc in Engineering Physics.
René is primary’s working with applied optical based sensor technology including hyperspectral imaging and associated data analysis. During his time at SDU, René has among others received funding from the Innovation Fund Denmark (2021) for an industrial PhD project concerning development of industrial applicable hyperspectral imaging modalities – and he has also been part of an SDU infrastructure project supported by the Carlsberg Foundation regarding hyperspectral imaging equipment.
